store ****s reversal

Purchased items at DIscounts foods Ghandi and there were insufficient funds, some items were voided and items of R128.76 were purchased and I got an sms notification as confirmation that the transaction went through, instead of giving me items that I purchased they gave me a slip showing that the transaction was cancelled but there was no money in my account. I showed the manager that I have proof of purchase on my phone but no reversal the manager was rude and told me that I dont know what im talking about. I now done have my items and my money
