Horrible customer Care Discount Foods-Midrand

I was at a Discount Foods in Midrand, got very bad service from the worker in the canteen . I wanted chips with my friends asked her how long it will take for the chips to do , she just said she doesnt know with a serious attitude. As if it wasn't enough she started serving over people first and as we asked she was like no we start with the smaller ones. She went on and on about it with her colleague. I decided to call the Manger and report the case, he said he would find out and I asked him if he would call me back. He said no I should cal him back. I then said maybe if I go on Hello Peter I will get some feedback he said no one threats him. I just said ok bye.
