Worst service ever, *****s!!!!

Worst service ever!!!! I lay byes and paid for in full a headboard about 2 months ago. When I call and email about collection I was initially told that the one I ordered is out of stock and will be available in 2 weeks time. Then i call back after 3 weeks to be told the person who workee on my stuff left the company, they will investigate and get back to me. Now eberytime I call or email im given the "what's your order number? We will find out and revert". 2 whole months.. Yet they took my money!!!
