Worst service ever

I placed an order on the 1st of September, I called them on the 11th since no one was getting back to me. I was told that wat I ordered is out of stock, and they will have stock in 2 weeks. I requested for a refund, and the lady I spoke to promised that I should get it within 5 days. I called again 8 days later and spoke to the manager Gleb, and I was advised that the refund was not processed, the lady is even under displinary hearing as there's many orders which she never attended too, Glen promised that I should get my refund last week, tomorrow will be the last day of the month, and is till don't have a refund for the order I did on the 1st.i sent Glen an email yesterday no response, I requested to be contacted by Glen on their whatsapp number, still no call, I called again now and the 1st 2 people I spoke to hanged up the phone on me, sent another email to Glen and another whatsapp this morning. I called again now and spoke to a another manager who said she only started working there last week, she will follow up and get back to me. It's not possible to get wat u purchased, and to get your money back either
