unsatisfactory customer service

I went to discount décor furniture shop on the 29th of August 2019 , I saw the TV stand (Panel Bello )I liked and I layby it .On the 25th of October 2019 was my last payment . The sales assistant by name of Tumi called me to say they want to deliver in November & I asked if the installation guy will come & install the same day & she told me she will need to speak to him but he can only do the installation after work & the TV need to be ready & I have advised Tumi that I haven't bought the TV but I can buy it on black Friday then the guy can come & install. She advised me that its fine they can keep the stand for in the shop so that it doesn't get damaged & as soon as I bought the TV I should give her call then she will deliver & the installation guy will come & Install . On the 28th of November I called her & advised that I bought the TV they can deliver & install the TV stand for me she told me she will call me on the 29th November 2019 to tell me when they come to deliver & she never called me . On the 2nd of December 2019 I gave a call again she told me that she is very busy with the black Friday deliveries she will come back to me & she didn't . I contacted her again & she told me that its raining they cant deliver my stuff it will be damaged by the rain & if its a problem I am welcome to come to the shop with my own transport & they will refund the delivery money that I paid she was very rude & she hung up the phone . I then contacted the shop & requested to speak to the manager , I did spoke to Martin he apologised on Tumis behalf & told me that he call me as soon as the rain stop & he will make sure that my stand is delivered , he never called also .Today I contacted the store manager Martin & he told me that they will deliver today & I told him that they must not make any mistake by delivering the white TV stand as I requested the brown one he is told me that they don't have the brown TV stand as it ran out on black Friday I asked him how because I already paid mine before black Friday , I even called Tumi on the 28th November before black Friday to deliver but she didn't help me . he told me he cant respond on that one but unfortunately they don't have that stock anymore . Discount décor does not value their customers I paid for the TV stand in full by end of October 2019 & they sold it on black Friday , shouldn't they have made sure that mine is kept aside ,shouldn't they be the one to call me for the delivery . I am so disappointed with their service . the Manager was supposed to call me & give options instead he is sending me what's app Massages to say there is nothing he can do they are so not professional .
