Unhelpful Management!!!

I bought a bunk bed on the 8th of November 2021, 2 days later I started to assemble it, all sides and other *****s were in the box except for some 16 brackets. I then send whatsapp text to report this and I was informed to come to the store. The sales consultant was very helpful in trying to sort out the issue, however with no positive results from management. Instead, I was told to rather bring back the bed for a refund!!! Refund how when I want the bed??? This is shocking and pathetic that not even a manager wanted to talk to me and sort out my problem.

So now I must go look for those brackets, of which I still haven't found them, after driving twice to the store, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! POOR SERVICE CAN HAVE SERIOUS IMPACTS ON BUSINESS, mark my words......
