I made an online order on the 29th November 2022 for the MILA WALL UNIT. I was called and told that it is available and one of your assistants asked whether I want it to be assembled or not. I said yes, I was waiting for it to be assembled! But to my surprise I received a call yesterday, 7th December 2022 to be told that someone else bought it yesterday. 😕

This is unprofessional and bad customer service as I paid for it way before the walkin customer, it simply tells me that you don't take your online customers seriously 😡😡😡

How on earth do you sell something I paid for on the 29th November to someone who just came to the store yesterday, 7th December 2022?

The reason is what ****es me off the most😤 😒 😑. I was told that the customer probably bought more items and that's why you let them buy my unit. WOW!

I should choose another wall unit!

This is the first and last time I'll be buying from you.
