We bought a dining room suite with 6 chairs and an 8 seater dining table,. The driver and his assistants delivered that afternoon, I was home alone with my 2 girls and highly pregnant so I signed the delivery note and gave the guys a tip when they were done with assembling and setting up. My husband arrived later and thoroughly checked that all was in order and found a chip at the corner of the table and that 3 chairs were missing the leg rubbers. We immediately sent images of the chipped table to their whatsupp number. No one reverted back to us, we called our sales guy Bandile to advise of this he escalated the matter further. In over a week no one got back to us with any solid feedback except that they were investigating the matter. Our sales guys has not called nor followed up on the progress of his sale. The lady who contacted me made me speak to the driver who claims I am changing my story. This is the WORST furniture company I have ever dealt with, with terrible customer and after sale service. They protect their staff and selves in every way possible. If this chip cannot be resolved they need to refund our money and take everything back.
