The worst online shopping experience of my life!

The worst online shopping experience of my life! It's taken them 2 weeks to "process" my refund and every time I call the shop I am sent from pillar to post. Nobody calls you back. I spent an hour on the phone just today explaining my problem to more than 3 people none of them assisted in the end. I am sending countless emails that no one is responding to. And still after all my efforts, no refund on site!
