Terrible quality and ********** service

I will NEVER use discount décor again. Terrible quality and ********** service. 20 000 couches broke within 6 months of purchasing them. It took them 4 months to attend to my first complaint. They FINALLY fixed the coaches after a back and forth 3 times before the coaches were actually fixed. 1 month later they were broken with a new problem and 1 month and half I had the exact same problem again. After it took them 4 months to fix my coaches they then processed to tell me that the coaches were now out of warrantee period. I predicted this was going to happen and this is why they waited 4 months to action my complaint. They are now refusing to repair the coaches or replace them. I asked for a replacement set on my first point of contact and they refused. This shows that they do not have faith in their own products. I am highly disgusted.
