supplier not reliable and customer service bad

I'm not happy with Discount Decor, did online purchase with them on 28 Sept 2020 Order #26839 and paid the item the very same day and delivery fee on the 02 sept . as per their standard delivery policy the good are delivered within 1-3 days from purchase date an today is the 8 days later i still haven't received my delivery. it is so sad that you trust the supplier and they are just not reliable. on the 1st of oct Thembi called me to tell me the furniture will be assembled for delivery as the manual is in Portuguese on Monday the 5th Oct 2020. on the date Thembi called again at 12:41 to give excuses but i had told her that normally there's no one at home but i have arranged with my mom to be at home to receive the delivery as she had cancelled her commitments for the day and i explain that to her. the delivery never came. on the very same day later at 16:09 some lady phone telling to they couldn't deliver. Today 06 Oct no one bothers to call nor update me on my delivery. Spoke to Die (not sure if that's her real name) promised to deliver today after I called (will see as I dont trust her). I called again requesting to speak to the manager to make sure that i get my delivery today and spoke to Michael (sales consultant) he refused to let me speak to the manager by the name of Margaret. I will never buy from them.
