Storage base, **** service

Bought a storage bed set from them last year August. Two months down the line the base had some noise, it was just so annoying because everytime I climb on that bed it Will make noise as if it's a old bed. I called to complain and they said I should bring the base back, when I asked who is going to carry the transport cost since I was from Daveyton and the shop is in Main reef and they gave me stories.......fast forward I took it back but their supplier said that there's nothing wrong with the base. Went back to collect it at my cost again. The base still has that noise.....I even went on to sending them a video Via WhatsApp but still.......they told me about suppliers being closed during festive season, fair enough I understood that. So one has contacted me since being of January and then o decided to call them now they tell me that I need to email them POP AND bring the base in again at my cost.......I regret giving them my money.
