Selling substandard products

I bought a couch at Discount Decor On Monday 18 April 2022 when it got home we opened and found out it was sub standard not what was advertised we called the store they agreed to exchange but we had no plastic for the other piece because on loading from the shop on the freeway the plastic came out because it was not properly packaged now they were rejecting it saying you need to have the plastic and there was a small corner damaged which we realised when the couch got home the owner is even saying the customer is the one who damaged the couch yet when they loaded they never opened it and below are attachments of what was delivered and screenshot of what was advertised totally different the pictures are self explanatory they supp**** substandard. The manager was told about the issue and promised to sort out the issue next day but avoided the driver and had to pay several trips for exchange. He said he was not there when he was called but he had promised to sortout. After seeing reviews and comments on facebook and google he then said he wont help and started using vulgar abusive language
