Quantity of goods

I'm disappointed with the services received from this company I bought a chest of drawer online requested a delivery to my surprise when it got delivered the handles were lose ,1st and 2nd drawer had faulty the drawer itself was a joke i knew within a week it would be broken so I decided that it should be returned and requested refund and I was told that I won't receive refund for delivery fee which is absurd cause it wasn't my fault that the drawer had faulty this company sells quantity I won't advise anyone to buy from them do not waste your money WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER BOUGHT GOODS FROM
