Pure incompetence and lack of customer service

Pure incompetence and lack of customer service. I purchased a dining suite, corner couch with a matching occassional chair, tv stand and coffee table. They have ruined such a memorable time in my life of furnishing my new home and turned it into a stressful and draining process. The incorrect items were delivered and other items were not delivered. After 3 different deliveries, i still have the incorrect items and my dining table they assembled fell apart the first time sitting at the table. I am appalled and highly annoyed. What a time consuming, unpleasant experience. Once the sales consultant receives their sales, they dont bother checking that the correct items are loaded for delivery. Worst of all they had the audacity to imply that i need to pay for the delivery costs.
