Poor service, **** to and mislead

On Friday 2015/11/27 I went to 'Discount Decor' to order a couch set (two couches, tv stand, coffee table and a carpet). I made it clear to the sales person Glen that this was urgent. He then passed me over to Thami (I assume he wasn't interested in helping me himself), who took my details. I called in on Monday 2015/11/30 to make sure they placed the order, I was told it was. I asked Thami to send me a few sample pictures of carpets so I could select one, I wanted it on Monday still but she explained she could only do it on Tuesday which I agreed to. Tuesday came and went and by the time I called just after 17:00 there was no answer. I called Thami back first thing on Wednesday morning to remind her to send me the pictures (which she eventually did a few hours later). A few minutes after I got off the phone with Thami i get a call back from Glen, asking me what material my couches were. You can understand my disbelief because these couches were already supposed to be ordered on MONDAY, it was Wednesday afternoon by the time I explained to him what the material looked like. I am still waiting for Glens supervisor to contact me back to explain this mess, I am NOT happy.
