Poor service

I bought online a chair with a specific color on the 30th of July 2020 and I was told the color is out of stock so they will refund me. On the 31st of Juy I sent my details and they called and said my refund has been processed I should receive it in 3 working days until today there's nothing and they decided to ghost me on e-mails and on WhatsApp they are telling me an accountant is dealing with it I mean how long does it take to them to process a refund that was supposed to reflect on my account after 3 working days? Is it a month to you??????
