Poor customer service and pathetic *********** staff

Made a 6 month laybye in Feb. End June I paid it off. When they were supposed to deliver they told me they no longer have the tv stand coffee table that had paid laybye for and I must take something else. Told the I dont want something else but want a refund. Still awaiting my refund. Never make a laybye at this store.
