Pathetic services at discount decor

I lay-byed a wall unit at discount décor, which was to be imported to South Africa. After I put down three payments, they called me and told me that the wall unit has been discontinued. They asked what they should do with the money, I asked them to refund me. I was told it would take 7 days to process the refund. Which I accepted. I then bought another wall unit from another supplier.

At the end of 7 days, they called me and asked if I still wanted the unit, I told them that I had already bought another unit from another supplier, and that I thought they would have processed my refund by then.

It is now day 15, they are still not refunding me, I am being sent from pillar to post. If you will be doing business with these people, please be careful as they are not reliable.
