PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

This is the worst after service i have received in my entire life!!! Our couch has been there for 2 weeks... We were promised the driver is on his way on Thursday, but it is Saturday and no one yet. Neither our COUCH!! How is this service at all????? We WANT OUR COUCH BAC****!!! no one responds to our phone calls or phone us back or no one responds to my mails!!! This is pathetic!!
