Non-existing after sale service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am very unhappy with their after-sale service. I bought a queen sized bed from them and within a couple of months it started sagging. I logged the complaint and requested a refund. They took all my details and I gave them all the necessary documents. They gave me no feedback after months of calling and sending emails. They say they will call you back and never does. Absolutely won't recommend. They want your business when you buy, but don't know you when you have a problem.
