NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered my furniture in November 2021 and we are now in March 2022 and I have yet to receive my ordered items. Pinky (sales consultant) has been extremely unhelpful and management do not seem to care how the customers feel. I have made several calls and messages with no success. Every interaction I receive some sob story of how the system is down or how they can reach their suppliers or how the suppliers are out of stock. They refuse to give me a refund and constantly say I should change my order for what they have in stock. This company is correct and blatantly ***** from their customers
