My refund

2 weeks back , I bought an Ares wall unit at this store and I asked them to ensemble it for me unfortunately they said they will not be able to do it coz they have lot of orders that they need to do first so they promised me to leave it and collect it on Saturday. I told them that I'll only be able to come back to the store on Thursday hence I'm staying far. I paid the full amount and left. Thursday came and I went to collect my item as promised . The guy that assisted me came and told me that the unit has not been yet ensembled, I asked for the manager, and he came . Surprisingly he told me the different story from that of the guy that assisted first. The manager said they are out of stock and I should look for something else or they will refund me. I told him that I see nothing and I want my refund. He promised to pay back my money before the end of that day . It's more than a week now and I haven't got back my money. I have been trying to call them but I never got em. Their phone is just ringing
