LYING *******

On 25 November 2021 I ordered and paid for a floating TV unit online. 2 days later, I received a call to say there was not stock, and they did not understand how I was able to order the unit. However, I was assured they would receive the stock in the first part of December. I called still no stock but they were waiting for a shipment. As yet, I have no refund and no tv unit. They keep stringing you on and telling you to be patient. They are lying, thieving, ******.
