Late delivery of my Goods

Bought my TV stand and requested they deliver on Saturday and said it would be before [URL Removed] the Saturday I had to call them 5 times before I got proper assistance, only to be told after 1 that my order is being loaded. Had I not been persistent on calling them my order would not have been delivered.One of the assistance even tried to to the blame on me that they had to assembly the stand for me despite ordering the item 3 days in advance. Pathetic service...
