lack of customer service

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The reason why people prefer to purchase online is due to the fact that we do not like walking up and down in a store. i purchased something from discount decor, as it says same day delivery i really appreciated that and decide whoop whoop ill probably get my item today but if i pay late the delivery will probably take place the next day. called to enquire about my delivery even after sending proof of payment as well as selecting immediate transfer i was not assisted but was told funds need to clear in their account for me to receive my item but hopefully monday i should have my item. i call monday monday as still no delivery has been made but i did not receive any assistance instead i was told they cannot help me as they are busy with other customers. what am i??????????? really disappointed in their service. i asked them to contact the finance department as i really needed the item today instead i was told she/he is also the HR practitioner and is busy with other things like what the hell is that supposed to mean.
