Extremely unpleasent custormer service

I had an awful dissapointing experience with Discount Decor and worst customer service ever ... I lay buyed a table Online on the 29 October 2021 which availabilty of stock was confirmed by Palesa and Vinesh ...I paid my lye buy up within 3 months and was informed that they were out of stock, as per their lye bye terms it stipulates that " Stock will be kept for you until the expiry date ( up to 6 months)" I trust that this is not a way Discount Decor does bussiness ..I hope this will prevent this from happening again.
