DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY . I purchased a couch from a Discount Decor in Jhb who only delivers to Gauteng. Aside from the initial issue where, after accepting my online order and payment I was notified that they no longer stocked the item I had purchased and was then sold another one with less features at a slight discount (I am STILL waiting for the reimbur*****t of the shortfall) I made the necessary arrangements to get the couch delivered to me in KZN at my expense. As per email correspondence, they delivered my couch to a 3rd party in Jhb who in turn delivered to me. However, the couch when the couch arrived the parts in each of the two boxes are different shades of grey so it looks TERRIBLE (Image attached for reference) Essentially the couch is faulty. I notified them and requested they collect and replace the couch, however, they will only collect and re-deliver to a third party in Jhb, and insist that I am liable for the R2900 courier costs to facilitate this. They have advised that they are only contractually obliged to collect and re-deliver to the place they originally delivered, to and that the cost of couriers are my expense. This seems extremely unfair considering it is a defective item and I am not at fault here. They have APPALLING customer service and do not care about the consumer.
