Dishonest and pathetic customer service

This store gave me by far the worst customer service ivve ever experienced in my life. They take your money, and promise to call you when your items have arrived, and then you never hear from them again. Even after I had to literally camp, first on the line, and then at their store to collect my stuff, they still proved to be dishonest. Their customer service is pathetic, and they're undeserving of anyone's hard earned money.
