Discount decor poor client service more caused by Margaret the manager

Worst management structure iv ever encountered. Requested for a manager with my valid query after being do disadvantaged by the staff. The manager could not care less to call me, till I still called a day after of not being helped by her. And still she refuses to help my matter and passes it to the staff how pathetic. Basically the manager only cares about the sales and stock, as for customers not her problem. Discount decor needs more than just such a manager because Margaret Pinner will cause a lot on loss than gain if her attitude on clients doesn't change.
