Discount Decor Nightmare

On Saturday, 9 October 2021 i purchased a wardrobe for R6499 at Discount Decor. I was then told that delivery will be done the following week on the 13th of October 2021.

I made means to take a day off to prepare for the installation, as I wanted to be present on the day. My wardrobe was not delivered and was told they are fully booked for deliveries and installation that week. I was appalled and had to reiterate that I'm in need of my wardrobe.

I was then told that my wardrobe will be delivered on the 14th of October 2021. All this time I had been communicating with Sibongile, the sales person who handled my purchase. Later that day i receive a call from the driver saying he will only be able to deliver after 7pm and will be done at 11pm. We are a family of females and there is NO WAY I will be letting people in my house so late at night and this is what I communicated with Sibongile and her manager Vinesh.

I asked for my full refund on the 14th of October 2021 and I still have not received it. I want my money!
