Discount Decor Layby

I took out a layby and managed to pay it off within a month, the online store assistant I was communicating with confirmed full payment received. My problem now is that they are not replying to my messages when I enquire about when I am going to receive my item, they just read my messages on Whatsapp and ignore me. I tried calling them several times but their number is not working anymore. Such a disgusting way to run a business.
