Discount Decor has trash customer service

The service is terrible. Purchased items and on the day we went in to arrange delivery, they told us we can't get the couch because it has a hole we must choose another. We then decided to take another couch and finalize our goods for delivery. They promised our goods will be delivered. When the delivery came, they told us that the other goods are not in stock, which they never informed us about in-store. We also purchased additional items in store, of which there was stock. Those were not delivered as well. On top of that, I have to follow up on goods they never delivered but it is their staff that did not make sure the goods we purchased are delivered. Service is pathetic. They don't care about their customers. It is evident from all the reviews I have seen
