I would like to give a big thumbs up and a *****Star grading to the customer service/sales agents at the https://www.discountdecor.co.za/ for their exceptional, out of this Country service standard.

Five months ago i bought a lounge suite which later started showing manufacturing defects, went back to the shop on the 24 October 2018, explained my dissatisfaction to the sales agent "WALLAAA!!" no questions asked, no duck n dive, and no proof of defect. Just one sentence "We apologies, we will immediately replace." A day later, i had a new set of lounge suite...."Talk about Exceptional service, the kind of service you would only dream of in this industry!!!" Amazed for decades

I will never ever buy furniture in any other store other than Discount Decor Furniture Store.
