After having bought a bed cash which after having experienced the bad quality within 2 months giving problems.

Discount Decor then took 3 weeks before doing an exchange for a bed which was even worse than before.

Discount Decor then decided to rather refund, failure to which to this date after having already collected the bed has not been done. We have never ever experienced such bad, unprofessional service ever, with people working at Discount Decor that are so rude and unprofessional. This is a company that is clearly not customer centric at all.

Do not even consider buying anything from this company, as their furniture is of very poor quality and staff is rude , unhelpful, disrespectful & unprofessional. STAY VERY FAR AWAY !!
