Desperately fighting for my refund, seriously ......

I ordered a specific couch with them, and they agreed that they will deliver, and they failed and told me that the supplier doesn't make that couch anymore. Now i asked for a refund as i had paid in advance, its been weeks im being put left right and centre for my money. so annoyed
