BAD SERVICE DELIVERY!

We ordered an occasional chair, foot stool and linen box from Discount Decor on 16 May 2015. We were assisted by Dominic who advised they would be in touch with us in 2-3 weeks to arrange delivery. We paid a deposit and about 4 weeks later we were still waiting to hear from them. We called to ask for an update and were told by Dominic our stuff was not ready. He said he would call us the following week. Well since then we have not had a single call from them. Every time we want an update we have to call Dominic only to be told that there is a problem with the supplier and he is following up, or he is getting his CEO to call, or his operations manager. Eventually we managed to get the linen box and foot stool delivered but still have no chair (but they made us pay an extra R350 to deliver the linen box and chair). We still have not heard back from Dominic and it has been 7 weeks. We have now told them we want our chair on Saturday or we will the order and we want the balance of our deposit refunded. Dominic's attitude has been totally unacceptable and he really does not seem to care. In 7 weeks he has not once called us, only an sms sent to ask for the extra R350 delivery fee.
