Bad service and dont deliver as promised

I placed an online order which we had to pay immediately. They confirmed that the order will be delivered the same day. They told me the truck is out on delivery! I phoned 5 times in which I was told to be patient. I waited until 20H00 and nothing came. I phoned the following day. Nobody got back to me, the phone was put down in my ear and they refused to answer any of my e-mails. I don't get any feedback from them at all. I have requested a refund but still no feedback from them Terrible
