Purchase of Victorian Bath

I, Mrs Moodley, purchased a Victorian bath on the 30th October 2015 for R3790.00. Upon completion of sale I received a receipt which contained the item, barcode and price (a receipt is annexure to this complaint) that corresponds with the sales price and barcode displayed on the showroom floor, next to the specified item (picture annexure to complaint). I doubled checked the barcode with the sales assistant at the till point and that the purchased item was a bath tub (additional inference can be drawn from the fact that the item-bathtub-could only be fetched at a later stage due to its size). During the transaction, parties came to the agreement that the seller will keep the product in store until the purchaser has sufficient means to collect the sales item (completing the transfer of ownership process). When I called the store a week later, there was a dispute about which item I had purchased. Then two weeks later when I went to the store to collect the product, only to be told that I purchased a bath mixer. The only recourse offered by the store for their erroneous misrepresentation is; a full refund of my money. I truly believe that this is unfair.
