Don't do business with either one of them, i.e Makro Retail, CN Tronics and Sinotec

Brought a Sinotec Smart TV in 2019, have been using it without problems. Now the TV doesn't work and have been collected from my house, it's been over 4 weeks and no one knows who took my TV. I got an email from CN-TRONICS with a job card but they reply nor answer my calls and when they do, no one speaks from the other which is pretty stupid for a business. Don't ever call *** or ***, such a unless business which don't have customer experience. Will not recommend any one I know to have business with the above 3 companies.
