Re: Shocking quality and damaged name badges

We ordered name badges from Discount Badges, <br> we received our order in shocking condition, most the badges were damaged and the quality of all of them<br> was shocking.<br> The colours were incorrect and we request the order be refunded or be re-done. Dylan agreed to re-do them and send the new badges by 20.7.2015 or 21.7.2015<br> I was given a courier tracking number which does not exist.<br> They do not answer the phone, or reply to e-mail. <br>
