Bad Attitude and no action from Budget banners

I ordered badges from Budget banners about 4 or 5 years ago. The quality was average - but so was the price - so I wasn't too worried about that. What does irritate me is the fact that I have been trying for +- 10 months to get them to remove our details from their \spam list". I have spoken to Dylan myself (a number of times)"
