Very poor service

This is a travel agent that posts ads on FB, last year in Feb we paid for 2 Chalets in Alpine health resort and unfortunately the country was under lockdown but there was no communication from then with regards to what will happen with our booking, even after i sent countless emails, then in July finally they respond, issuing travel vouchers to use within 12 month, from there since Dec we have been trying to make a booking, calling, sending emails but to no avail, till today there is no communication from them.
