need to get back onto discogs platform

trying to get back onto discogs to sell been sending emails to support for about three days now not getting any positive response from them had covid for a year and was in hospital with rehab so a lot of orders got cancelled or left as we also couldnt post out of south africa due to lock down and our post offices were alll closed so i had no choice but to cancel a lot of orders otherwise up till then i had a good feedback i am a pensioner and am supposed to survive on a sa government pension of 85 dollars a month i have no family at all please sort for me
