Inconvenience bad service.

Went to dischem soshanguve crossing to collect my medication of a scripted that has been there since October 2025. I get there and was assisted by Tumelo Mthimunye. He tells me that my medication was not issued (am due for collection) and I must move from collection que to the dispensary que yet he calls a guy who is on dispensary que to assist him. I ask that he gives me my script back i will go to another pharmacy for assistance.. He gives me a copy,I get there they tell me they don't use copies, I had to now go back to dischem and go back again

What an inconvenience for something that they have been holding on to for months now.
