Lost R5,000 withdrawing bitcoin cash

I lose about R5,000 worth of Bitcoin cash using this service. I followed the instructions to withdraw and nowhere does it say that it doesn't support Bitcoin cash, it only says "Bitcoin". I withdrew my bitcoin to a bitcoin cash wallet but it never showed up. And support is only saying that it is outside of their control. So I lost R5,000 using this service.
