Scolded by owner for asking diagnostic report

DISA WORKSHOP Paarl Had my father take my car in for a Pedal install, which should be a 10min job seeing that I removed all the panels. They took 1hour to replace the pedal and 1hour to scan for diagnostic which I normally do in 5min. They charge me R1100 for 2hours labour for a 20min job. I called DISA WORKSHOP got swore at by the owner, cause I asked for the diagnostic report. Was truely bad service.😒
