Service at the dispensary booths is very slow

DIs-Chem Pharmacy in Three Rivers Vereeniging service at the dispensary booths is very slow. They only put one person to help with patient. There are 6 booths. The people are sick and want to get home to rest but they make sure you will sit more than a half an hour and wait. Saturday the pharmacist helps a person, one lady sitting on the bench and then me. The lady already waiting said she waits a while already and stand up and left. I still wait and eventually it was my turn.
