Regan, the gentleman...
Regan, the gentleman I spoke with completely won my confidence that I am safe and in the right hands...he spoke to me in such a comforting, calm and gentle voice...he made me forget I was unhappy about one of the names in the insured list being misspelled... well done to Mr Regan, he's my hero...hugs
