Refund my premiums

Disappointing.i took a lifecover. After 2 premiums have been collected i got a call from their underwriters that the policy will have to be canceled.i need my refund.you really need to change your system you can't start by deducting not knowing the underwriters decision that's *****.can I get my refund.
